New Builds

Getting the kitchen right on a new build matters — and so does getting it done on schedule. We work directly from your plans and coordinate around your build programme. Our operator is a Licensed Building Practitioner so you can be sure all work is completed to a high quality and compliant to NZ building standards.

We understand construction timelines. We won’t be the trade that delays your programme or creates rework for the other teams on site. We agree a delivery and install date and we work to it.

Renovations

Renovating a dated kitchen is one of the highest-impact things you can do for your home — both for how it functions daily and for your property’s value. The problem is that getting it right takes the right people.

We start with a site visit. We measure the space, understand how you use your kitchen, and talk through what matters to you — layout, storage, finishes, budget. From there, we design a kitchen specifically for your room. Not a catalogue option that’s close enough. A layout built for your space.

Once you’re happy with the design and the quote, we manufacture every cabinet in our West Auckland workshop. Our team then handles the full installation. One company throughout.

Common Questions

Is it really custom, or just slightly adjusted stock cabinetry?

Every kitchen we build is designed from measurements of your actual space and manufactured to those dimensions in our workshop. That's not a template tweak or a catalogue adjustment — it's a kitchen made for your room. The layout, cabinet sizes, storage configuration, and finishes are all determined by what works for your specific space and how you use it.

Can I get a cheaper kitchen from a flat-pack store?

You can. But flat-pack works in standard sizes, which rarely align with your actual room dimensions — so you end up with gaps, filler panels, or compromises in layout and storage. And the installation cost often isn't included. A custom kitchen from Stylus fits your space properly, and is installed by the same people who designed it. For most homeowners, the difference in price is smaller than they expect — and the difference in outcome is significant.

How long does a kitchen renovation take?

It depends on the scope of the project, but for a standard renovation kitchen the typical timeline from quote acceptance to installation is 4–8 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline as part of your quote. We manufacture in-house and manage our own installation schedule, so we're not dependent on third parties — which means we can be clear and accountable about timeframes.

We're based in New Lynn and install kitchens from West Auckland, and the wider Auckland Area — including Henderson, New Lynn, Glen Eden, Massey, Te Atatu, North Shore, South Auckland, and central Auckland suburbs to the upper Bay-of-Plenty area.
